My name is Cecily. I am a Certified Health Coach Practitioner, wife, mom, and Breast Implant Illness Thriver.
After struggling with BII for 15-years, I decided to go back to school and become a Functional Medicine Practitioner. I was able to recover from Breast Implant Illness (BII), using holistic healing and Functional Medicine practices.

Social media has influenced women to look and feel our best physically, but not as much emotionally. My hope is to help women understand important medical data associated with Breast Implants as well as connecting us as amazing women. Knowledge is POWER. We can work together to be stronger and more informed.
Risk vs. Reward
You will learn about Medical Facts, Risks, Criteria, Complications, and Maintenance of Breast Implants. I want you to feel confident in your decision. I will also explain how certain groups may be more at risk for Breast Implant Illness (BII).
Specific medical testing may be able to help determine if you are a good candidate for Breast Implants or not. It is important to talk to your doctor about this medical testing before surgery.
Natural is Beautiful
Those who are at higher risk may want to learn more about Natural Breast Enlargement Options course to help you understand the options, safety, and recovery from fat transfer surgery. I chose natural options and went up 2 cup sizes.

There will be an Audio File located at the start of each lesson. Please feel free to listen and follow along in the lesson. I am a busy wife, mom, and grandmother. Sometimes I can only listen when life is going fast forward.
Some of the lessons will have a Scientific Studies heading. This will let you know we are about to learn researched information.
The Discussion heading is for talking about the Scientific Study. This will be in orange lettering, I will help you understand what the medical study data means and how it is interpreted.
The More Information header will be at the end of each lesson and provide additional links to studies for further research.
